As a Insurance Account Specialist , you’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients exploring our products. You’ll work exclusively with warm leads, people who have already shown interest, making your role about guidance, clarity, and building relationships. With our comprehensive training, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to deliver personalized solutions while creating long-term value for every client.
Your Responsibilities:
Connect with warm leads and walk them through product and service options.
Listen attentively to client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Explain product features and benefits in simple, clear terms.
Nurture and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service.
Essential Skills You Need:

Willingness to learn about insurance products and industry regulations.
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required..... We provide training.
Organization in managing leads and client records.
