Description:
Premier Companies is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our finance team and help ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. This position will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with day-to-day financial tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and assisting with accounts payable/receivable. This role requires accuracy, organization, and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Job Type - Part-time, approximately 10-15 hours per week
• Location - Premier Companies 1600 Ridgefield Road, Thibodaux, LA 70301
• Experience - None required, prior experience processing accounts receivable and accounts payable is a plus
• Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process documents to support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Accurately code transactions to general ledger accounts
  • Preparation of accounts receivable invoices based on supporting documentation
  • Assist Office Manager with other administrative duties as required
• Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Hubdoc and MarginEdge a plus but not required
