Minimum Qualifications: M.S. in Food & Nutrition, Nutrition Education, or Clinical Nutrition required. Experience in Clinical Nutrition or Food Service Industry is a plus. Teaching college-level courses preferred. Ability to maintain state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation and incorporate into courses desired.
