Role Overview

We’re looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to power our outbound pipeline. Your job: start conversations, qualify prospects, and book sales calls with decision-makers.

This role is perfect if you thrive on communication, consistency, and results. Your earnings are 100% performance-based — the harder and smarter you work, the more you make. There’s no ceiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily outreach on LinkedIn and email (scripts + personalization provided)
• Write and send engaging messages + follow-ups
• Qualify prospects and log conversations in our CRM
• Book and confirm qualified calls directly on the founder’s calendar
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly call targets

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Consistency — you show up and get it done daily
• Detail-oriented in tracking conversations and follow-ups
• Previous sales, appointment setting, or outreach experience preferred (but not required)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to succeed
• Fluent in English
