\n Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm (4 days/10-hour shift, OT on Fridays as needed and may be mandatory)
\n
\n Pay : $15.45/hour
\n
\n Position Summary:
\nThe Assembler position performs all tasks involved in the assembly of the company's products using manufactured and/or purchased components. \n What’s a typical day as an Assembler?
\n
\nYou’ll be:

\n\n

\n\t
• Working within a station that is part of a larger assembly line assemble intricate large or small mechanical built products for lawn mowers and snow blowers.\n\t
• Following all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality products, and consistent delivery\n\t
• Inspect paint quality and coverage, component defects, and operation of all working parts.\n\t
• Working as a team player and following standards and directions and take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards.\n\t
• Utilizing basic knowledge of hand tools and communicating verbally with team members\n

\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n

\n\t
• High School Diploma or GED required; \n\t
• Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision.\n\t
• Good understanding of quality control principles.\n\t
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).\n\t
• Experience and ability in using hand tools.\n\t
• Age 18 years or older.\n\t
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\t
• Team-oriented, positive, professional attitude.\n

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing \n

\n\n

Physical Requirements:

\n\n

\n\t
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift for extended periods.\n
