Top Edge is looking for full-time Assistant Manager to start on 12/26 for all shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly train and motivate team members
• Greet guests in a friendly manner, creating a pleasant atmosphere
• Manage payment transactions
• Engage customers and sell Top Edge monthly memberships
• Monitor sales performance and deliver feedback to optimize sales growth
• Be proficient in membership deals and promos
• Maintain equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory
• Assist in regular scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.
• Open/close car wash facility
• Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
• Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies
• Monitor service quality, tunnel operations to minimize customer incidents
• Customer resolution

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication/verbal skills
• Self-motivated with positive attitude
• Organization skills
• Proactive team player
• Proficient in basic math
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight
