Associate Attorney – Boutique Law Firm | Hammond, IN
A boutique-sized law firm in Hammond, IN is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. With a growing client base and a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their legal career in a well-established local practice.
Position Overview:
- Focus on General Practice, including Municipal Law, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Employment Law, Contracts, and more
- Full-time, in-office role based in Hammond, IN
- Occasional travel required for client meetings throughout Northern Indiana
- Firm of approximately 10 employees, adding this role due to increased client demand
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $85,000 – $110,000, plus bonuses

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience practicing law
- Licensed to practice in Indiana
- Experience in Municipal Law is a plus, but not required
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Willingness to attend evening meetings as needed
