Associate Attorney Trust & Estate

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a thriving practice, work with high net worth clients, and grow professionally in a supportive environment.

-Seeking a talented Estate Planning Associate Attorney, Eden Prairie, MN area
Salary range: 135,000 to 155,000 (commensurate with experience)

-Quarterly bonuses based on originated files plus discretionary annual performance bonus

We are an established and growing law firm seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate matters.

 

We are looking for a candidate who brings:
-Strong legal writing skills
-Knowledge of probate and procedural rules
-Experience with estate planning processes and tax structures
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Active license to practice law in Minnesota (required)
-Portable book of business (preferred, not required)
