Cardinal Point is a sister company of Delaware Resource Group (DRG), we are a Department of Defense contractor. We deliver a wide range of services including live-fly pilot training, simulator instruction, aircraft and simulator maintenance, program management, and more. DRG supports Cardinal Point’s operations by providing administrative and back-office services, leveraging its proven systems and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Directs and assists in the inspection, troubleshooting, and operations of communications equipment to include Ground Control Stations, Ground Data Terminals, standard 6 radio frequency, line-of-sight, beyond line-of-sight, wideband, ground-based satellite, peripheral computer/communications and cryptographic equipment.
• Schedules satellite communications airtime and coordinates link activation with Department of Defense and civilian agencies.
• Ensures aircraft and equipment forms and Maintenance Information System documentation is complete, accurate and accomplished. Implements disaster control duties and responsibilities pertaining to aircraft/SE movement and personnel evacuation.

Required Education and Experience

• Must have at least four (4) years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Must have at least one (1) year of experience on the MQ-1 and/or MQ-9 aircraft.
• Eligible and obtain (if required) a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.

• Shop floor environment.
• Will be working in areas with risk of injury from electrical applications, moving mechanical parts, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems under pressure and electrical motion systems.
• May be exposed to conditions of extreme heat, airborne particles, and loud noises.
