Global Payments Solutions Summer Analyst Program - 2026 Job Description & Program Overview Global Payments Solutions (GPS) delivers solutions that help our clients move money - from consumers to U.S. and multinational businesses to financial institutions and public sector entities. We provide treasury management and working capital solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. Our teams are dedicated to driving growth across target segments, products and countries by deepening existing relationships and attracting new clients. Additionally, we: Deliver solutions, support and advice through our digital and traditional channels Work relentlessly to improve client experiences and earn their trust Manage risk and strive for operational excellence Continuously improve our organization through talent development The GPS Campus Program is designed to put analysts on track to build a successful career within GPS, helping students develop business acumen, gain industry-specific experience and establish a network of peers across the Bank. The programs provide participants with an extensive support network to ensure consistent feedback, overcome challenges and discover opportunities for growth. Our 10-week GPS Summer Internship Program provides participants with in-depth assignments, exposure to different parts of the business, and the opportunity to contribute to business priorities. An extensive orientation is provided along with support and training by assigned junior and senior associates, intern managers and program managers. Interns gain exposure to senior leadership and day-to-day analyst-level work. Successful completion of the program can result in a full time offer for our GPS Campus Program. Successful candidates are: Creative thinkers eager to launch a career in the Payments space Inclusive and inspiring Authentic and passionate Innovative and curious Confident and agile Role Qualifications Students must be pursuing a Bachelors or Bachelors direct to Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between November 2026 and August 2027 Must demonstrate a track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities 3.2 and above GPA preferred Dedication to building a career in the Global Payments Solutions industry Experience in SQL, Tableau, Python is a plus Bank of America is unable to consider candidates that will require visa sponsorship now, or in the future, for this specific role.
