Job Description

Job Summary - The Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of the bar's and dining room's daily operations within a high-end, service -focused establishment. This position ensures the highest level of guest satifaction through exceptional food and beverage service, staff leadership and a refined understanding of mixology, spirits and hospitality. The Bar Manager will maintain operational excellence, profitablility and a culture of professionalism and creativity behind the bar. Key Responsiblities: + Oversee day to day bar and dining room operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards + Lead, train and motivate bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences + Develop, schedule and manage staff performance, fostering a positive and professional team culture + Ensure compliance with all health, safety and alcohol service standards + Maintain cleanliness, organization and ambiance of the bar to luxury standards + Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines and top-shelf spirits + Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure product consistency and cost control + Track inventory leels, order supplies and manage budget forecasts + Ensure every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable and refined service + Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, tact and discretion + Engage personally with guests to build relationships Qualifications + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management within a high-end, upscale or fine dining environment + Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails and bar operation Personal Attributes + Polished , professional demeanor and impeccable guest presenceCompensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health and wellness benefits ( if needed0 Opportunities for growth within a luxury CCRC **Family Makes Us Stronger.** Our family, your family, one family.
