As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our dynamic team and help take our bar to the next level.

Job Overview:
As the Bar Manager at Downtown Experiment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring top-notch service, and leading a team of bartenders and servers. You’ll work closely with ownership to maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect while driving the business’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and guest service
• Develop and update the drink menu to keep it fresh, creative, and aligned with current trends
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain excellent service standards
• Manage bar inventory and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism, ensuring every guest has a positive experience
• Create and enforce efficient bar procedures, ensuring smooth service during high-volume times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in bar management or a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and beverage trends
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
