Location: Weber County

Employment Type: Part Time to Full Time

Pay: $25 an hour

Position Overview
The Behavior Analyst in Training (Intern) position is designed for individuals working toward their BCBA/BCaBA certification. You will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and supervised fieldwork hours while supporting clients and collaborating closely with our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting assessments under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients
  • Collect accurate behavior data and maintain detailed documentation
  • Collaborate with RBTs, families, and supervisors to support client progress
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Uphold ethical standards and company policies
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BACB-approved coursework sequence
  • Actively pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clear background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
