In this role, you'll guide owners through launch readiness, licensing, our GreatCare® operational model implementation, early sales and visit habits, the fundamentals that drive early profitability. As we evolve our system, you'll also leverage new AI technologies designed to streamline workflows, enhance support, and improve the way offices operate from day one. Scope
Supports franchise owners from pre-launch to 18 months post-launch, guiding operations, sales, HR, licensing compliance, and GreatCare® execution.
Responsibilities
• Launch Readiness: licensing compliance, policy adoption, launch checklist completion
• Early Sales: coaching on sales cycle, visit routines, performance analysis
• GreatCare® Implementation: training, variance monitoring, caregiver/client management
• Financial Guidance: budgeting, breakeven, revenue cycle basics
• HR & Compliance: hiring, onboarding, regulatory support
• Training & Coaching: structured training, coaching calls, 18‑month transition
