What a day in the life of a Cabinet Maker at REV looks like: Fabricating and installing cabinet components and hardware. Mark outlines or dimensions of parts, according to blueprints or drawing specifications Cutting 45‑degree miters on aluminum and anodized trim Adhering laminate to the substrate with contact adhesive Final assembly of parts and hardware Required education, skills, and experience to be successful: Preferred 1‑year experience in cabinet making or similar experience Preferred high school diploma or GED Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts with written and verbal instructions Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, and screw guns Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance Ability to communicate professionally and follow directionsl Ability to work in a team environment Successful completion of the drug and background screening Physical demands of this role: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
