Job Title: Entry-Level CAD Operator
Location: Harmony, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $14 – $16 per hour (based on experience)
Are you looking to start your career in CAD and design? We're a growing metal manufacturing company in Harmony, NC seeking a motivated Entry-Level CAD Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some CAD experience who wants to grow in the manufacturing and design field.
Assist in creating and modifying CAD drawings for metal fabrication projects
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely drawings
Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner
Learn and apply company standards and practices for CAD design
Basic experience or coursework in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment
Steady, full-time hours with room to grow
