One California ( **What We Offer:** + Two-year guaranteed salary: $496,354 + 100% employer-covered medical and dental benefits + Retirement savings plan with employer contributions + Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses + Additional productivity incentives + Support for continuing education and professional development **Qualifications** + Fellowship training in **Cardiac Critical Care, Surgical Critical Care** , or **Anesthesia Critical Care** is required. + Candidates with **Advanced Heart Failure (AHF)** training and additional critical care experience within their fellowship will be considered. + Board Eligible or Board Certified in **Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure** , or **Critical Care Medicine** (Medical, Surgical, or Anesthesia). + **Extensive experience in a Cardiac Surgical ICU** setting is essential. + Mercy Medical Group is unable to sponsor visas. **Overview** **Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** is a robust, physician-led, multi-specialty medical group with over **550 clinicians** serving the greater Sacramento area.
