Can Domicile Anywhere in SE PA, Northern DE, Northern MD, Southern NJ (Salem, Camden, and Gloucester counties ideal). I am also looking for drivers to be based out of Northern VA.

$58,000 for drivers with less than a year's experience, $62,000-$68,000+ for those drivers with experience in the industry. Raises with each additional years of service with the company. It really depends on the driver, and how much they want to run. No runs over 5.5 days out, with most of our runs being dedicated regional, (after the probation period.) Drivers with less than one year's experience will have to attend our 5 week training program, but after training, the $58,000 is still realistic. Drivers after training start at .41 cpm, $20.00 per stop after the first stop, and $18.00 per hour.
