About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chancellor to serve as the chief executive officer and visionary leader of the institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, resource allocation, and administration of campus affairs, with a strong focus on shaping the future of the institution in a multi-campus environment. This role demands a community-focused, student-centric leader with a passion for accessible and affordable education. The Chancellor will be instrumental in fostering academic excellence, managing the financial health of the institution, and ensuring a welcoming campus culture that supports the success and well-being of all students. Applicants for the Chancellor position at the company should have a terminal degree in a relevant field and executive-level leadership experience in higher education. Preferred qualifications include a background in a community college setting, knowledge of dual enrollment, career and technical education, and experience in external relations and fundraising. The role requires a leader with the vision, energy, and communication skills to grow programs, deepen partnerships, and align the institution with regional workforce needs. The Chancellor will also be responsible for personnel management, overseeing faculty and staff, and contributing to systemwide initiatives.
