💼 What You’ll DoAs a Charity Events Assistant, you will be an essential part of bringing community campaigns to life through engaging events and impactful outreach. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in planning and coordinating charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Supporting event logistics including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and onsite execution
Engaging with attendees, donors, and community members to raise awareness and encourage participation
Managing event materials, tracking inventory, and ensuring smooth event flow
Updating donor and event data, assisting with post-event reporting and follow-up
Collaborating with nonprofit partners and internal teams to meet campaign goals
Participating in team training and meetings to grow your skills and impact
