*$10,000 Sign-On Bonus ($5,000 payable after 6 months employed and $5,000 payable after 12 months employed).*
*In addition, we pay a discretionary year end bonus. (On average, over the prior 3 years, our drivers were paid an annual year end profit based bonus of approximately $4,800).*

We are looking for an outstanding Class A CDL Driver who will be the face of our company as they deliver our door and window products to our customers on a weekly basis. This individual must be able to interact with customers, be committed to providing outstanding customer service, possess a positive mental attitude, and work safely in any environment. If you like having your weekends to yourself, then this is the job for you.

*Responsibilities and Duties*
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Delivering products to our customers on a timely basis.
* You will primarily be the one unloading your product as you deliver to each one of our customers.
* Your weekly route may include Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Maryland.
* Usually 3, sometimes 4 nights out.
* _You will not be required to work Saturdays. Typical work week is five days._
* We drive newer model Volvo automatic sleeper cab trucks. (Trucks are only 3-4 years old with automatic transmission).
* There are Pick-Ups on Return Trips.
* Freight Handling: Load/unload by hand/liftgate/carts.
*Qualifications and Skills*
Job Requirements:
* Must have a valid Class A CDL Interstate driver's license
* Must pass a DOT physical
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
* No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests
* At least one year of related driving experience
* Stable work history and excellent safety record
* Must be able to handle customers in a respectful and tactful manner
