Position Title: Construction Project Manager
Conco Construction, a self-performing regional leader in the commercial construction industry is seeking a Project Manager . A successful candidate will have the proven ability to lead and manage projects in a variety of industry sectors with varying size/complexity. Candidates will be tasked with taking projects from estimate through project close-out. Successful candidates will be expected to learn and have an in-depth understanding of Conco’s self-performing trades (earthwork, concrete, masonry, ironwork, carpentry, drywall and pre-engineered metal buildings). Conco’s success is highly dependent on developing and maintain long term business clients. The right candidate will feel at home in Conco Construction’s fast-paced, high-energy environment.
