Multi-Family Superintendent – Tampa, FL | $100,000–$130,000 + Benefits

We’re working with a well-established General Contractor in Tampa, Florida, seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead multi-family residential and mixed-use construction projects from the ground up through to high-end tenant improvements (TI). This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident managing subcontractors, schedules, and site safety from start to finish.

The Role:

As Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for delivering high-quality multi-family projects on time and on budget. You’ll coordinate closely with the Project Manager, oversee all on-site activity, and ensure quality, safety, and communication remain top priorities throughout the construction lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on multi-family and/or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction and interior buildouts (TI)
• Proven track record managing projects valued $10M–$50M+
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Strong understanding of local codes, OSHA, and safety standards
• Comfortable using project management software and digital tools

• Multi-Family Residential (Garden Style, Mid-Rise)
• Mixed-Use Developments
• Tenant Improvements (Clubhouses, Amenity Spaces, Leasing Offices)

Compensation & Perks:

• $100,000–$130,000 base salary (DOE)
