Job Description

Responsible for evaluating applications for Construction, Land and Bridge Loans and making recommendations to approve or deny these requests. Supervisory Responsibility None Discuss potential Construction, Land and Bridge Loan terms with customers Review and underwrite applications for Construction, Land and Bridge Loans Prepare loan packets for review and approval by the Centennial Lending Loan Committee as well as the Originating Credit Unions Coordinate participation/funding of approved loans among Partner Credit Unions Complete Construction Loan Budget Tracking spreadsheets and coordinate with borrowers, builders and the Centennial Servicing Department to monitor and manage the construction draw process Assist with the underwriting and completion of annual reviews on the Commercial Portfolio as assigned Conduct site inspections of collateral properties Interact with Credit Unions to ensure goodwill Collection of delinquent loans Other duties as assigned Requirements Education / Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer loan underwriting Applicable Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient in the use of personal computers, word processing, email, spreadsheets and other related applications Must be self‑motivated and work independently to manage workflow, deadlines, and reporting Ability to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in writing Respond professionally and resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely manner Concurrently manage multiple time‑sensitive projects and duties Define problems, collect data, and resolve issues Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common, technical, and industry specific documents Maintain eligibility for licensure under the SAFE Act Understanding of residential construction, lot and bridge loan products, structures and pricing Proficient in reviewing and underwriting personal financial statements, credit reports, and tax returns Knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting the origination of all loan types Location 11281 Business Park Circle, Firestone, CO 80504 #J-18808-Ljbffr Carbonvalleychamber
