Job Details Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1+ years of Standard Cost Accounting experience
- Soft Skills: Problem solver, Self-starter and Self-motivated
- Background working with ERP systems. (IFS) is what they use now, so if you have experience with that, it is a PLUS!
- Not afraid to get your hands 'dirty', you'll be on the floor the first couple weeks, mapping out process, talking to teams, and getting a true understanding of process flow, seeing what their bottlenecks, are and how the information is flowing through their system so you can get an accurate costing of their builds
