Job Description Job Description Overview Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Crane Operators for a project located in Strasburg, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a prevailing wage of $75.81/hour . Job Scope: Operate the 35-ton truck crane to boom hoist and set steel components per lift plans and directions from rigging or iron-working crew Review lift plans and verify load weights radii and rigging configurations before performing lifts Coordinate with riggers and signal persons to ensure safe and precise material placement Maintain clear communication with ground personnel using standard hand signals and/or radio communication Help the concrete crew with pours form setup or material handling General labor or equipment support tasks as assigned by site supervision Assisting with material staging or job-site organization to maintain efficient work-flow Qualifications Working knowledge of load charts rigging techniques and hand signals Requirements: Vaild PA State Crane License Must have a valid NCCCO or equivalent Crane Operator Certification for hydraulic truck cranes Must have a current DOT medical card and valid drivers license CDL preferred Must have a minimum 3 years of crane operating experience preferably with steel erection or structural work.
