Oversee all wedding day activities, including ceremony and reception timelines. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of services (caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, etc.). Manage the wedding rehearsal, ensuring everyone understands their roles and the timeline. Set up and organize the ceremony and reception areas, including décor, seating arrangements, and table settings. Troubleshoot any issues or last-minute changes with poise and efficiency. Ensure the bridal party is in place and the ceremony runs on time. Direct and manage the flow of the event, including speeches, dinner service, cake cutting, and other activities. Communicate with catering and serving staff to ensure smooth service transitions. Assist with guest needs and handle any special requests or concerns.
