WHAT YOU'LL DO An unloader is responsible for unloading goods or cargo from trucks, ships, or other transportation vehicles. Their duties ensure that items are safely and efficiently removed and properly stored in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail environment.

- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Responsible for unloading all product off inbound trucks and moving to designated location
- Responsible for maintaining continuity and flow of the receiving dock
- Good organizational skill sets due to documentation needs
- Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly and monthly
- Needs to follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS - Prior warehouse / manufacturing experience.
- Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment
- Remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Prior forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

$20.00 - $22.75 per hour and is eligible for shift premium. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
