This strategic leadership role is responsible for the planning and administration of employee benefits programs across a multi-brand, international organization.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in global benefits management, balancing consistency and compliance with the unique needs of each subsidiary. This leader will collaborate closely with benefits teams across the enterprise to ensure initiatives align with the organization’s global benefits strategy and broader business goals. The Director will also provide key reporting and updates to senior leadership, focusing on cost management and enhancing the employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement a global benefits strategy in collaboration with operating unit benefits teams.Ensure alignment with overall business and talent goals.Continuously evaluate and enhance existing programs for competitiveness, compliance, and cultural alignment.Program ManagementOversee the design, implementation, and administration of benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other offerings.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations across countries of operation.Monitor and manage program costs for sustainability and effectiveness.Partner with brand teams to evaluate and select external benefits providers.Ensure high service quality and cost-effectiveness.Conduct vendor performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.Employee Communication & EducationDevelop strategies and tools to support employee education and engagement with benefits programs.Collaborate with brand teams to promote awareness and usage of available offerings.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze benefits data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness.Identify improvement areas and present reports to HR leadership on cost initiatives and employee experience enhancements.Mentor and collaborate with benefits teams across various brands.Promote a cohesive, enterprise-wide approach to benefits management.Market Trends & InnovationStay informed on industry trends, legislative changes, and global best practices.Integrate relevant innovations and improvements into the organization’s programs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)Professional certification such as CEBS or PHR preferred10+ years of benefits management experience, with at least 5+ years in a global or multi-brand environmentStrong understanding of international benefits regulations and best practicesData-driven approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProven track record of managing complex projects and delivering resultsEffective leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teamsAdaptability in response to evolving business needs, market changes, and regulatory shiftsAbout TalentoHC:TalentoHC is a high growth talent & organizational solutions firm.
