The Director of Youth Ministry (DYM) leads a vibrant, parish-based ministry that forms young disciples in grades 6–12. Rooted in Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry and guided by the Diocese of Memphis, the DYM inspires youth to live their faith through prayer, service, leadership, and community.
Mission
To create a safe, welcoming, and faith-filled environment where young people encounter Christ, grow as disciples, and actively participate in the life of the Church.
