Position Highlights: * Monday through Friday schedule with option for 4- or 5-day work week; no nights, no weekends, no inpatient call * Role involves primarily seeing bread and butter endocrinology patients in office, such as * Comfortable treating all aspects in Endocrinology and metabolic disorders * Comfortable seeing patients 18 years of age and older * Work in collaboration with other physicians and advanced practice clinicians on the team Compensation & Benefits Highlights: * Attractive base salary, sign on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, STD/LTD, professional liability, matching 401K, relocation costs, as well as PTO, 8 paid company holidays and one week of paid CME You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * Unrestricted NV License or ability to obtain prior to employment * Current NV DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment required prior to start date * BE/BC Endocrinology Preferred Qualifications: * 3+ years of practice experience Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $235,160 to $336,714 annually. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
