What You’ll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor , building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. You’ll learn to manage the full 360° recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market.
• Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
• Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.
• Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.

What We Offer

• $75,000-95,000 FIRST year OTE, Second year $120,000-140,000 OTE
• $40,000 base salary + competitive uncapped commission structure
