Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a well-established St. Louis law firm with decades of service. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on sophisticated estate planning, trust, tax, and probate matters while providing personalized legal solutions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Missouri
• 2+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, or related tax planning
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced estate planning strategies
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and provide tailored legal guidance

 

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies, wealth transfer, and tax planning
• Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters
• Provide counsel on business succession planning and charitable giving
• Collaborate with clients' financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist with ongoing estate planning updates
