Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year A bit about us: We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated Marketing/Event Coordinator! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, possesses strong communication skills, and has a knack for executing successful events at corporate level. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events and ensuring that all details are managed seamlessly. Job Details Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including but not limited to seminars, conferences, webinars, trade shows, and corporate meetings.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure the smooth execution of all events.
  • Develop and maintain event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and monitor event expenditures.
  • Proactively manage any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and discuss opportunities for future improvements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote and publicize events.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in event management software and technology.
  • Ability to follow up effectively and maintain attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of the Accounting + Finance industry is a plus.
