Project HOME is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our multidisciplinary team at the Stephen Klein Wellness Center, providing high-quality primary care to residents, neighbors, and individuals experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia.

Who You Are
✔ Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine residency
✔ Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
✔ CPR certified and committed to evidence-based care
✔ Preferably experienced in underserved communities or FQHCs
✔ Proficient in OB/GYN care and minor procedures
✔ Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to racial and social equity
✔ Strong communicator and collaborator across clinical and community environments
