Position Overview: For INTRAVIS’ US HQ in Norcross, GA, we're seeking a Field Service Technician to provide customer support for their vision inspection systems. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer support for both existing installations and new deployments. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, ensuring clients' satisfaction. The job involves travel (approximately 75%) and offers a variety of technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain vision inspection systems in the United States and internationally.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Train clients on system usage.
• Coordinate activities with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Candidate Profile:
• A solid foundation in technical education or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1+ years of experience with electro-mechanical equipment,
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not a must.
• Willingness to travel approx. 75% (domestically and internationally) with a valid driver's license and passport.
