POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fitness Specialist will be responsible for recruiting new personal training clients. The primary role will be executing recruitment strategies through phone calls, emails, etc., to new and current members to schedule fitness consultations. The specialist will conduct fitness assessments, including interviews, body composition analysis, and functional screening, to evaluate individual fitness levels and recommend suitable fitness plans to help clients achieve their goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Contact all new and existing personal training prospects Schedule and confirm fitness assessments and consultations with potential clients Discuss personal training options and other facility services related to member goals Assist the Healthy Living Director with assigning clients to trainers Help track personal training sessions and monthly goals Assist with the compensation process for personal trainers Perform all other duties as assigned WHY should I apply?
