What Youll Do: As a key point of contact for our customers, youll manage international shipments from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating export/import shipments and documentation Communicating with carriers, truckers, and overseas agents Ensuring smooth customs clearance and final delivery Providing proactive updates and solutions to clients Quoting, tracking, and troubleshooting with precision What You Bring: 7+ years of international freight forwarding experience Strong customer service and communication skills A team-first mindset and a passion for logistics Knowledge of U.S. geography and airport codes is a plus Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
