Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (Front-End Nights)
Mason City, IA
12-Hour Shifts | Saturday Night through Monday Night, 7:00pm - 7:00 AM (3 consecutive nights)
Looking for a meaningful career with stability, purpose, and growth? One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour night shift schedule in Mason City homes .
This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind: 3 nights on, then the rest of your week is free.
As a DSP, you'll make a direct impact every shift, helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent, fulfilling lives.
What You'll DoAs a DSP, you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, coach, and supporter. Each shift, you'll:
Provide support with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications).
Encourage independence, self-confidence, and personal growth .
Support community involvement and recreational activities .
Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and events.
Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems.
Assist with finances, grocery shopping, and household responsibilities.
Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license & auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed.
Comfortable using a computer/device for documentation.
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
Willing to complete required job training and certifications.
