**Job Title: General Production Worker on the Graveyard Shift** Pay: $18.50 (weekly pay) plus comprehensive benefits **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for producing and packing products according to specifications. You will need to understand and follow recipes and written instructions, ensuring that your work area remains clean and sanitary. Safe and efficient operation of equipment is crucial for each task, and you will work collaboratively within a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. Identifying potential defects in products and promptly addressing issues will be part of your duties, along with performing other related tasks as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Produce and pack products to specification. + Understand and follow recipes and written instructions. + Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition. + Operate equipment safely and efficiently. + Work within a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. + Identify potential defects in products and bring attention to the issue. + Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and packaging. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility. + Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. + Skills in general production, inspection, and packing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe food handling. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Flexibility to work in various departments and adapt to changing roles. **Why Work Here?** You will enjoy a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. It has a fruity smell due to the gummies being produced. Some areas can be loud, but the facility is kept very clean. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Cruz, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
