Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Health Coach to join our team and guide customers on their wellness journey. You will support customers in setting and achieving realistic goals and educate and inspire individuals on the benefits of whole food nutrition and balanced living. You will also provide accountability and encouragement through one-on-one coaching calls and reaffirm customer motivations, celebrating their progress along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and maintain Health Coaching certifications

• Stay up-to-date on current health dogmas and practices

• Conduct Health Coaching Follow-Up and Initial Appointments

• Provide personalized customer education based on their needs.

• Identify the reality of the customer’s situation and guide them on how to improve it

• Set personalized S.M.A.R.T. goals on each side of the Triad of Health with every customer

• Understand each customer’s health goals from their viewpoint

• Maintain accurate and detailed notes about Health Coach appointments

• Answer customer questions related to their health and health concerns

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Clear and effective communicator

• Passion for helping others

• Punctual and organized with their time

Preferred Skills:

• Genuine interest and care in the customer’s overall health, wellness, and success

• Able to keep calm and make rational decisions in any circumstance

• Proficiency in Google Workspaces

• Flexible and able to adapt

• Eager to celebrate the wins of others

• Has the self-confidence and motivation to complete their tasks

• Able to analyze and deconstruct a situation to fully understand and solve it

• Willingness to be a part of and work closely within a team

Pay: Hourly, $15–$18 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Work Location: Hurricane, Utah
