• Supports the JADL, TRANSNET, and e-ITEP system administration and help desk operations during US office hours (08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Based at HQ SACT MS/LT Branch, the system administrators will:
• Review new account requests on JADL, TRANSNET, and e-ITEP, approve those meeting NATO requirements, and clarify those needing further information;
• Handle help desk inquiries via email or phone;
• Assist with uploading and testing courseware, and maintaining content on JADL;
• Support NATO communities of interest in customizing and maintaining JADL pages;
• Coordinate with NCIA to ensure system availability on NATO networks;
• Monitor cyber security issues impacting system delivery or security.

• At least 3 years experience (within last 6 years) managing online LMS and MS SharePoint;
• At least 3 years support experience with user account creation, help desk support, and remote user assistance;
• At least 3 years experience (within last 6) troubleshooting LMS user issues;
• Experience with help desk tracking and trouble ticket software;
• Ability to generate reports and metrics from LMS, SharePoint, or databases;
• Knowledge of cyber security practices;
• Two years vocational training in computer science or related fields;
• Fluent in English (written and oral);
• NATO Secret or active SECRET security clearance.
