Location: Police Center Drive, Plant City, FL 33566
Pay: Up to $16.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - Finish (typically 3-4 PM)
Overtime: 5-10 hours/week as needed

About the Role:

We're hiring experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a cold storage warehouse in Plant City, FL. This is a hands-on role operating Raymond Reach and Crown RC forklifts in a freezer environment (down to 0°F). You'll be responsible for stacking, retrieving, and organizing pallets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Raymond Reach and Crown RC forklifts
• Move, stack, and organize pallets and materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Accurately document inventory movement
• Follow all warehouse and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience operating Raymond Reach or Crown RC forklifts
• Ability to lift 50-80 lbs (team lifting available)
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment (protective gear provided)
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Must be available for same-day, in-person interviews and equipment testing
