As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and help deliver exceptional HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.

The Opportunity

The HR Generalist plays a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the firm. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual manages HRIS data integrity, supports recruiting and onboarding, maintains compliance programs, and assists with firmwide HR initiatives and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Administer full-cycle recruiting, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and lead university recruiting and career fair participation.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy (ADP Workforce Now) and generate reports and analytics.
  • Oversee compliance processes including I-9 audits, FMLA tracking, and labor law postings.
  • Support HR audits, benefits enrollment, and internal policy updates.

Performance & Total Rewards

  • Provide administrative support for performance reviews, compensation cycles, and benefits programs.
  • Assist with salary benchmarking and ensure equity and consistency in pay practices.
  • Act as first-level support for employee benefits and payroll inquiries.

Engagement & Development

  • Support firmwide learning initiatives, professional development programs, and HR communications.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (reporting & analytics experience required).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing preferred.
