The Central Coast's largest home services company continues to grow and is seeking full-time HVAC and Electrical Dispatchers to work out of our new Soquel headquarters. Your primary role will be to dispatch our techs and installers to jobs, schedule emergency calls and multi-day installs, and support the daily operations of a rapidly growing business. Required Skills:

1. Previous service dispatch experience is a must, ideally in HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing service and install dispatch.
2. Impeccable attendance and timeliness, ready to work every day.
3. Effective, positive communication that builds rapport with customers and teammates.
4. Ability to provide solutions per customers needs, timing and requirements.
5. Attention to detail and professionalism in all situations.
6. Strong Google suite skills, including working with Docs and Sheets.
7. Fast learner with new technology and software applications, experience with Service Titan a plus!
8. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, but not required.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and bonus, benefits for you and your family, and paid time off. We have three offices in the Bay Area, this position is located at our headquarters in Soquel, in Santa Cruz County. From this office, we manage all operations on the North Central Coast and SF South Bay.
