Internal Communication Officer in Beijing Client: World famous automotive company Salary: Competitive Salary (depending on experience) Starting date: As soon as possible Location: Beijing, China Travelling: Few Reporting to: PR Manager Team size: IN REQUEST Responsibilities: + > Joint Venture Relations + Coordinate the quarterly based PR/Marketing managers Workshop with JVs + Develop proposals for agenda, topics, training plans, budget, accommodations and follow up before and after the workshops + Maintain the communication process and platform with JVs to make sure smooth information sharing among group branches, if necessary + Support JVs in terms of news media relations, product launch campaigns, corporate activities,etc. + Align with JVs and partners before or during crisis management. + > Internal Communications + Act as the editor of the bi-monthly newsletter -V-Togather and be responsible for drafting,editing, layout design, translation/rewriting, proofreading and printing, if necessary, internal promotion + Work with the manager for coordination with HQ to screen and create PR opportunities that could be leveraged in China + Maintain the media database and update once any PR event took place + Systemetically establish a media library with press materials archived and developed timely and in high quality + > Media Monitoring Service + Work with media monitoring agency to develop a weekly media analysis report + Report or alert any potential crisis in news media + Manage the service of media monitoring agency and review contract if necessary Please send your updated English resume to Christina Hahn, with the subject: "Application for Internal Communication Officer
