Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs duties associated with a variety of technical procedures; applies ionizing radiation for screening, diagnostic, and interventional purposes. Maintains ALARA standards. Assists with inventory management, patient scheduling, and sundry operational duties. Operates equipment to produce exposures, provide for fluoroscopic guidance, and perform interventions as directed by the Interventional Physician. Scrubs and circulates Interventional cases assisting the Interventionalist. Takes emergency call as assigned to provide after-hours emergency coverage.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree
