Journeyman Electrician (Residential & Commercial)

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (DOE, plus performance incentives)

Your Role – Daily Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in both new-construction and occupied residences.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and accurately, ensuring long-term reliability.
• Interpret blueprints and apply code requirements with confidence and precision.
• Prioritize safety —for customers, teammates, and yourself—on every task, every time.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners: explain findings, outline solutions, and set expectations for next steps.

Qualifications

• Arizona Journeyman or Residential Electrician License (or ability to obtain).
• 4+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and up-to-date knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Excellent customer-service mindset and professional communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience.
