The Job: What you will be doing as a High Reach Forklift Operator, Cold Storage (Weekend Shift):

• Generous pay structure. Pay Progression - $22.39/hr. - $24.88/hr. DOE

Core Responsibilities: High Reach Forklift Operators are a key component in our customers' experience to ensure their products are safely and accurately received, picked, and relocated so the product can be shipped out properly following our company standard operating procedures (SOPs). All operators at our Newfield, NJ warehouse use a high reach forklift & other powered industrial truck.

Day in the Life for a High Reach Forklift Operator:

• Responsible for counting freight received and shipped.
• Verify counts compared to drivers' BOLs by item.
• Identify and reconcile count variances by making notes on driver bills and obtaining signature.
• Prepare over, short, and damage reports as required.
• Attain predetermined performance metrics as outlined by the Warehouse Manager.
• Select and stage outbound products in preparation for shipment.
• Pallet wrapping is a significant part of the job; the selected team member responsible for containers will wrap all pallets as they get lumped.
• Enjoy the cold? Our work environment is 0 to 36 degrees.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Be humble, stay hungry, and live smart.
• Can lift 50 lbs. or more.
• 1 year of High Reach Forklift Experience
