Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM (CST)

Base pay from $35k to $40k Annually

Total Compensation: $70k to $100k annually with top producers earning over $100k+ Annually.

• Offer the Right Coverage: Present additional product options to existing customers to ensure they're fully protected while increasing your sales potential.
• Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in a supportive, results-focused environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling Allstate Personal Lines you know the products, and you know how to sell them.
• A current and valid Property & Casualty license in Texas
• Reliable internet connection for occasional remote work or hybrid flexibility
• Strong time-management skills you stay on top of your pipeline and follow-ups
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a professional, friendly tone
• A self-starter mentality with the motivation to hit goals and grow fast
